JEVIC/EAA inspection is required to import cars to Zambia and Uganda!

What is JEVIC (Japan Export Vehicle Inspection Center) /EAA inspection?

JEVIC/EAA is a Japanese registered company and has been involved in pre-shipment inspections / certification of used vehicles in various forms since 2001(JEVIC)/2007(EAA).

Zambian government, Ugandan government require JEVIC/EAA inspection for the vehicles to be imported to the countries.

Inspection will be arranged by AGASTA before shipment.
This may take up to 10 days depending on how busy the inspectors are.
Booking of your vehicle for shipment will be arranged once the JEVIC/EAA inspection is completed.

Please pay the JEVIC/EAA Inspection arrangement fee of US$250 for Zambia and Uganda at the same time of payment for your vehicle.
Please note that without JEVIC/EAA certificate, 15% of the CIF value will be charged as penalty.

P2For Tanzanian clients (What is EAA Inspection?)

EAA inspection required to import cars to Tanzania!

What is EAA inspection?

EAA was established in 2007(EAA) under the approval of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Transport in Japan.

Tanzanian government requires EAA inspection for the vehicles to be imported to their countries.

Inspection will be arranged by AGASTA before shipment.
This may take up to 10 days depending on how busy the inspectors are.
shipment of your vehicle will be arranged once the EAA inspection is completed.

Please pay the EAA Inspection fee US$300 at the same time of payment of your vehicle.
Please note, without EAA certificate, 30% of the CIF value will be charged as penalty.

What is minor repairs?

Some of the GRADE 3 vehicles may be needed some additonal services to pass JEVIC/EAA inspection according to their standard, such as repairing dents which are wide and/or deep, fixing electronic components failure, replacing driveshaft boots and so on.

CTN Document required to import cars to the countries!

What is CTN (Cargo Tracking Note) Document?

All of cargo are obligated to issue CTN document.

Central African, Nigerian, Senegalese, Nigerian, Mali and Guinean government requires CTN document for the vehicles to pass the customs clearance.

Please pay the CTN Document fee of your country at the same time of payment of your vehicle.
Please note, without CTN Document, can't receive your car in your country.

    When you remit money
    Please arrange payment with the Engine number indicated Invoice, once it is issued.
    We will reserve your car and proceed inspection upon your payment.

P5For Malawian clients

Correct street address required!

Please note that your street address will be required since the U.S. Government's Department of Homeland Security does not allow imports of vehicles for clients with just their P.O. Box address in the Caribbean.

Ensure that your street address is correct when you fill in the order form. And we can book your vehicle for shipment and prepare the shipping documents accordingly.

P7For clients importing through Durban port, South Africa

Please note that your PO Box address alone will not suffice. A street address is required and the South African Government for vehicles being imported via Durban port.

P8For Congo(DRC) clients (Apply for BIVAC number)

CONGO(DRC) clients are required!
If your vehicle(s) total price is higher than $2,500, BIVAC inspection is required.

Please apply for BIVAC number at your Local BIVAC office.
We need BIVAC number to arrange BIVAC inspection.

    Congo Government will charge you a penalty without taking BIVAC Inspection. However, if you do not require the inspection, please send e-mail saying "I DO NOT REQUIRE BIVAC INSPECTION" We do not take any responsibility for any penalty occurred due to lack of the inspection.

P9For Kenyan clients (What is QISJ Inspection?)

What is QISJ (Quality Inspection Services Japan Co., Ltd) inspection?

Quality Inspection Services Japan (QISJ) is a company specialized in vehicles inspection.
Established in july 2009, they are commited to quality, customer satisfaction and independency.

Kenyan government requires QISJ inspection for the vehicles to be imported to Kenya.

P10For Jamaican clients (What is ATJ Inspection?)

ATJ Inspection is required to import cars to Jamaica.

What is ATJ Inspection?

ATJ is an accredited inspection company for Pre-shipment Inspection Program for used vehicles.

Jamaican government requires ATJ inspection for the vehicles to be imported to the country.

The inspection will be arranged by AGASTA before shipment.
This may take up to 14 days depending on how busy the inspector is.
Booking of your vehicle for shipment will be arranged once the ATJ inspection is completed.

Please pay the ATJ Inspection fee US$400 or US$450 depending on type of vehicles, at the same time of payment of your vehicle.
The vehicles arriving without ATJ certificates will be re-exported at the owner's expense or scrapped by the Jamaican authority.

P11For Papua New Guinea clients (What is JEVIC Inspection?)

JEVIC Inspection is required to import cars to Papua New Guinea.

What is JEVIC (Japan Export Vehicle Inspection Center) inspection?

JEVIC is a Japanese registered company and has been involved in pre-shipment inspections / certification of used vehicles in various forms since 2001(JEVIC).

Papua New Guinea government requires JEVIC inspection for the vehicles to be imported to the country.

Inspection will be arranged by AGASTA before shipment.
This may take up to 10 days depending on how busy the inspectors are.
Booking of your vehicle for shipment will be arranged once the JEVIC inspection is completed.

Please pay the JEVIC Inspection arrangement fee of US$150 at the same time of payment for your vehicle.
Please note that without JEVIC certificate, the vehicle will not be registered in the country.

P12For Australian clients and other people who have to use Australian port (What is DAF Inspection?)

DAF inspection required to import cars to use Australia port!

What is DAF inspection?
Some weed seeds such as parthenium weed seed and grass seed is small and can lodge behind or within many mechanical or structural components of machines.
An inspection involves a competent person examining the vehicle, machinery or equipment presented for inspection to ensure it has been adequately cleaned to reduce the potential for weed spread.
An inspection cannot guarantee that an item is free of weed seed due to:

* Inaccessible areas that may not be visible during cleaning and inspection.
* Holes or rusted parts where weed seed may be located and go undetected.

Please pay the DAF Inspection fee US$500 at the same time of payment of your vehicle.
