I have only few words to comment on your service comparing with other used car exporter from japan. I have been dealing with so far four car exports from japan. Comparing with them the client service that is provided by your staff is extra ordinary, efficient and effective.
Following i've noted only present with your company:

1. Instant telephone follow up call when a request for an invoice was sent.
I was not thinking of buying the car (just requested a quote for price comparison purposes) but after a telephone call i was enlighten and encouraged to buy my first car from picknbuy.
2. Create an account for me to check progress of payment through to shipment and finally arrival which is more informative.
3. Visiting me in png and taken me for dinner is encouraging and team building

the vehicles imported are in excellent condition with low millage and cheaper as compared with others.
